Christine draws from an integrative therapeutic approach, incorporating Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based CBT, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, solution-focused approaches, and somatic interventions. She supports individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, stress-related difficulties, life transitions, and grief.
